PACKAGE SAFETY & LIABILITY
All shipped orders become the responsibility of the shipping courier. In the rare event that your package is lost, please contact the courier to open an investigation and a resolution. luxylemon may offer a complimentary replacement shipment. Refunds are not applicable on lost orders.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

If the order hasn't been shipped out, we would be more than happy to correct the shipping address for you. If your order has already been processed and shipped, it is your responsibility to retrieve the package from the address it is being shipped to.
